PGL have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the team at Chateau de Grande Romaine.
As HR Administrator you will play a key part in the overall organisation of centre life for both guests and staff. Working alongside a Finance Administrator, you will provide administrative and linguistic support to the centre, ensuring that the company's HR and financial systems are in place and weekly/monthly paperwork is submitted to the UK and French Head Offices. In addition, you will also be responsible for providing First Aid and Driver cover where required.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Co-ordinating staff arrivals, centre familiarisation and statutory inductions training and ensuring all associated paperwork (including background checks) are completed to a high standard;
Supporting and assisting other departments to input and maintain accurate records, ensuring staff records are kept up to date and accurate;
Preparing for staff departures and ensuring all related paperwork is completed to a high standard, correctly recorded, and communicated to relevant Head Office departments;
Providing general administrative support to the centre, ensuring the smooth running of the centre office;
General translation and interpreting when required;
Providing cover in the absence of the Finance Administrator, keeping records and ensuring transactions are correctly logged and balanced.
**What we are looking for**:
You must hold the French right to work (Passport, National Identity Card, Driving Licence for France or any EU country, French Visa or Work Permit eligible until at least November).
In addition, you must be comfortable using French on a day to day basis, and hold oral and written French/English degree level or be a native French speaker.
A valid driving licence and experience using web-based systems is desirable.
