Dans le cadre d?un programme de déploiement transnational de Core Model, notre client recherche un Project Manager IS expérimenté pour assurer la coordination et le pilotage global. Le Core Model repose sur trois outils intégrés : PCM (Primavera Core Model) pour la gestion de portefeuille projets, SAP4Space (SAP ERP) pour les volets finance, planification et production, ainsi que MES (Delmia Apriso / Process Builder) pour l?exécution et la gestion des processus de production. Le périmètre couvre la Belgique et l?Espagne, avec une forte complexité liée aux nombreuses interfaces à gérer avec les systèmes locaux existants.
Le consultant sera responsable de piloter l?ensemble des activités IS du projet, de définir et organiser les work packages, puis d?assurer la coordination et le suivi de leur exécution. Il sera l?interface principale entre l?intégrateur SAP, les responsables IS internes et les chefs de projet métier. Le rôle inclut également l?organisation, l?animation et la documentation de la gouvernance projet (réunions et comités), ainsi que le suivi rigoureux des engagements, des risques, des coûts, des délais et de la qualité. La mission requiert une capacité à assurer la fluidité des échanges et à sécuriser la bonne exécution des différentes phases du programme dans un contexte international.
