**Senior Quantum Applications Engineer**:
**Job description**:
You will be in charge of the technical relationship with existing Clients, lead R&D projects with prospective ones as well as with internal users. You will work in close collaboration with the Engineering and R&D teams and with external partners, along all phases of the projects.

You will contribute to the development of our Intellectual Property portfolio.

As Senior Quantum Applications Engineer, you will supervise a small team of Quantum Applications Engineers

This position is a job creation, to foster the growth of PASQAL’s activity.
- Location: Massy - Palaiseau (Southern Paris area - France)_
- Start date: position available now_
- Type of contract: full time_

**Qualification & Experience**:
You hold a MSc or a PhD in Applied Mathematics or in a related field.

You have experience in leading a small technical team.

A previous comparable experience in a similar position is preferred.

**Skills**:
Your main scientific and technical skills are in algorithms development, numerical simulations and report / documentation writing.

You have already lead a small team of people and are experienced in the management of collective projects.

In this position you will build upon your interpersonal skills and ability to manage projects in cooperation with internal and external partners.

Notions of quantum computing, atomic physics and optics are a plus.

Appetence for working in a multicultural environment and English professional proficiency are mandatory for this position. Which implies numerous contacts with international partners.
