Job Title: Consulting Subject Matter Expert (SME) Lead Partner
**Commission-Based Pay for the First 3 Months**
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking expertise in your specialized field, including executives, industry leaders, and organizations with targeted challenges.
Understand client objectives, unique challenges, and market dynamics to develop customized consulting strategies.
Collaborate with the business development team to create proposals, secure new clients, and expand the consulting practice in your area of expertise.
Strategic Consulting:Lead and oversee consulting projects that require specialized knowledge in your chosen field, addressing issues, challenges, or opportunities specific to that industry.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients, leveraging your deep expertise and best practices.
Team Leadership:Build and mentor a team of consultants specializing in your field of expertise, nurturing their professional growth and development.
Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Thought Leadership:Establish yourself as a thought leader in your specialized field by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Share insights and expertise through publications, presentations, and participation in relevant conferences and forums.
Financial Management:Manage the financial performance of the consulting practice in your specialized field, including revenue generation, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensure profitability and sustainability of the practice.
Qualifications:
- An advanced education in your chosen field of specialization or an equivalent combination of education and extensive experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience and expertise in your chosen field, with a proven track record of solving complex challenges or driving innovation within that industry.
- Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships within your area of specialization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing innovative and highly specialized solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in your specialized field.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: 585.00€ per day
Expected hours: 18 - 20 per week
