5 years of working experience in Production line, expecrience in Thermal Process, Retort Process

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**:

- Active involvement in providing the necessary management support to enable the production teams to achieve their goals.
- To plan & co-ordinate the training & development needs of each member of the production teams & provide opportunities for individuals to attend the appropriate training & development courses.
- To plan & coordinate the implementation & maintenance of any new product or processes, & actively seek solutions to optimize these current or new products or processes.
- Provides & seeks on going feedback & direction as planned or unplanned changes occur that can impact our business.
- Plan, coordinate, review & improve the implementation of safety, health & environment systems & procedures that impact directly on people & production activities.
- Assist the Production Manager in implementing & leading the management of minor factory projects. Provide technical input to major projects.
- Monitors & reviews regularly all production process costs against budget, & actively seeks to create value in the production process.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Good English and Thai communication skills.
- Knowledge of food processing unit and equipment.
- Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good project management skills and think on their feet.
- SAP experience is a must.
- TPM knowledge will be advantage.
- Experience managing a team in the production line.
