**About the role**:
At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. As a **Social Media Marketing Specialist**, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across our social media platforms. Reporting directly to the **Head of Influencer Marketing**, you will take ownership of content creation and management.

**Your mission**: Bring our social media presence to life with engaging content, manage editorial calendars, and analyze performance to strengthen brand visibility.

You’ll be part of an international team that is passionate about travel and innovation. By joining cozycozy, you’ll **help millions of travelers** worldwide find their perfect accommodation.

This 4-6 month internship is an onsite role based in our office in central Paris

**Your mission**:

- **
Content Creation & Management**
- Develop the visual and written content calendar tailored to different platforms to attract and engage the community.
- Publish content regularly according to the defined strategy.
- Help creating visual content (video and images) for our global social media ads.

**Editorial Calendar & Performance Analysis**
- Plan social media posts in advance.
- Analyze performance to optimize future actions.

**Community Management**
- As the voice of cozycozy, you will respond to comments and messages.
- Foster meaningful exchanges to maintain an active relationship with followers.
- Identify opportunities to drive engagement.

**Digital Trends Monitoring**
- Stay on top of social media trends and innovations.
- Adapt content and strategy to anticipate community and brand needs.

**About you**:

- You are currently enrolled in a MA or MSc in a university in France
- You are an excellent communicator in both English & French (other languages are a plus)
- You have previous experience managing social media, if you have a social media account, its a plus
- You consider yourself to have a strong command of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) and enjoy exploring tools (Canva, Figma, Capcut etc.)
- You have a strong creativity and aesthetic sense; a portfolio to share is a big plus
- You are naturally proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams easily.
