Nous analysons le besoin du client afin de lui proposer un service sur-mesure, qui répondra parfaitement à ses attentes.

Nexylan a été créée en 2009 et a atteint un chiffre d’affaires annuel de plus de 5 millions d’euros. Notre équipe est composée de plus de 25 personnes qualifiées en IT.

**Missions principales**:

- Prospecter et créer de nouvelles agences web partenaires (agence digital, éditeur, intégrateur,).
- Développer, animer et fidéliser un portefeuille de partenaires.
- Répondre à des appels d’offres et rechercher de nouveaux clients finaux.
- Assurer la transmission des clients signés vers l’Account Manager.
- Suivre et optimiser la performance des partenariats et des actions commerciales.

**Profil recherché**:
De niveau Bac+3/5 en commerce, marketing ou équivalent, vous possédez 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement commercial/partenariats, idéalement dans le digital.

**Compétences recherchées**:

- Solides compétences en prospection, négociation et gestion de partenariats.
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et bonne compréhension des métiers du web.
- Fibre commerciale et goût du challenge.
- Aisance relationnelle et esprit de réseau.
- Autonomie, proactivité et orientation résultats.

**Rémunération et avantages**:

- Rémunération : entre 38K et 45K brut annuel fixe.
- Variable déplafonné.
- Avantages : mutuelle prise en charge à 60% - titres-restaurant - télétravail 2 jours par semaine - horaires variables - cooptation - RTT - team-building une fois par trimestre

Rémunération : 38 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
