We are looking for a skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our French Technical Design Office and drive the development and deployment of our charging point network.

**Position**:
At ATLANTE FRANCE, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for the design and development of EV charging stations and technical support to Infrastructure and Operation teams. Additionally, the Engineering Manager will be the point of contact with ATLANTE headquarter - reporting to the CEO France and functionally to the Global Head of Engineering. You will be responsible for country-related technical activities working closely with the Headquarter Technical Teams and with the CTO. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in EV infrastructure, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our charging solutions.

**Task and duties**:

- Being the point of contact of the Atlante Technical & Engineering Team in the Country;
- Overseeing the technical design activities (reports, specifications, datasheets, layouts, engineering calculations, etc.) regarding recharging infrastructures;
- Manage engineering projects related to the development and deployment of EV charging stations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Support the Operation team and Digital Team in fault analysis and troubleshooting. Prepare technical reports about fault analysis, corrective solutions and potential improvements;
- Collaborate with Product management, Digital, Operation, Infrastructure, and other departments to define project requirements and deliverables specific to EV charging infrastructure;
- Develop and implement engineering best practices, processes, and standards to ensure high-quality and reliable charging solutions. In particular, this applies to local French regulations and technical standards;
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies;
- Conduct regular technical reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
- Collaborate with Technical Design Offices of other countries to share technical development and new solutions;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to EV charging infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in electrical/emobility/energy engineering field complemented by practical and relevant work experience is a must.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an industrial engineering and operational environment. We favour experienced profiles with previous experiences in e-mobility / EV charging stations’ operations. Alternatively, working experience in several of the following areas are of interest: EV supply equipment; EV batteries engineering; grid interconnection; power conversion systems; power electronics; energy storage; photovoltaic systems.
- Ability to use AutoCAD (or similar) is a must.
- Relevant trainings or certification (ex. in Project Management) would be a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in energy storage systems will be considered as a plus.
- Advanced computer sciences and digital skills of any nature a definitive plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
