You join the Sustainable Transitions Directorate as an ESG strategist. This directorate, attached to the General Management, uses a cross-cutting approach to CSR and ESG issues to promote Ostrum AM’s role as a committed transition partner for all its stakeholders.
On a daily basis, your mission is to:
- Deploy Ostrum AM’s climate strategy aimed at aligning its investment portfolios on a net zero trajectory to 2050, while taking into account the sector and geographical specificities of the companies invested;
- Collaborate with the credit management and analysis teams to integrate climate issues into investment decision-making, through, in particular, strengthening methodologies for analysing transition plans;
- Define sectoral commitment frameworks to support companies investing in their climate transition and contribute to the “fossil fuel committee” ;
- Develop climate change risk and opportunity studies on the sectors and companies invested;
- Conduct regulatory and technological monitoring on climate issues

With a higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions within a financial institution, a company or a data provider (offering climate services).
You master
- Climate issues and scenarios;
- mechanisms for reducing greenhouse gas emissions;
- Sectoral decarbonisation trajectories and international climate policies;
- “Frameworks” for GFANZ coalition alliances.
- Standard office tools.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Valued for your ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively;
- Known for your team spirit.
You master English with a C1 level.
