**Join Our **Paris** Team as a Sales Team Lead - QA Software **Tools**

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead for our QA Business Unit (Froglogic and Axivion) in Paris, being responsible for leading a team across EMEA (Paris).

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, you will guide the EMEA Axivion New Customer Acquisition team to accelerate growth, as well as managing & growing several important accounts within the different EMEA regions. This individual is passionate and motivated by the idea of selling cutting-edge technology solutions and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue.

You will connect with Director and VP level of Engineering professionals and demonstrate the value of Static Code and Software Architecture Analysis tools and other Qt Quality Assurance products such as test automation. You will deliver business outcomes with a consultative sales approach.

**You will**
- Lead the EMEA Axivion New Customer Acquisition team reporting to the EMEA Sales Director.
- Manage a growing team, coach them, and help everyone get the best out of themselves.
- Plan and execute on the strategic, operational, and tactical levels of customer engagement in co-operation with the Sales Director
- Leverage your technical knowledge and industry experience to build credibility and provide value to your clients in the functional safety domain in regulated industries, such as Automotive, Medical Devices, and Industrial Automation
- Deal with and resolve employment and performance issues as required
- Develop and implement smart customer acquisition strategies to grow the Qt QA Software Tools customer base
- Actively build & maintain valuable senior relations with customers & prospects
- Identify customer sub-groups, target customers already using competitor services, develop plans to proactively engage with appropriate offers
- Guide your team members to lead and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (including commercial contract negotiations) following the MEDDIC methodology
- Build and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with our customers to achieve organic growth and long-term company goals

**About you**
- Background in engineering, IT/software development or similar and several years of sales experience
- Have excellent people management and coaching capabilities driving sales teams to achieve
- Have a proven sales track record
- A collaborative and team-oriented attitude to working with internal and external partners
- Have excellent leadership, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Have strong conflict management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in value-based selling, solution selling and creating long term business relationships
- Understanding of software development processes and the common challenges and pain points, understanding of software quality assurance is required
- Ability to demonstrate the value proposition and ROI of quality assurance products to potential customers
- Strong drive and motivation to acquire new business and expand market share
- A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed sales strategies
- Advanced English communication skills both verbal and written (English is our corporate language), any other language is a plus
- Basic knowledge of C++ is an advantage
