In France, Allego has built and operates a network of more than 200 high-power public charging stations, which are growing rapidly.
**More details about the position**
As part of our subsidiary Allego France, you will be in charge of structuring, coordinating and leading all activities relating to purchasing and logistics throughout France.** **In particular, you will be responsible for the ramp-up of our new national logistics center. In close coordination with the Legal, Finance and Procurement teams at the head office (Netherlands), you will support the Realization and Operations teams in France in the accomplishment of their missions to build and operate the network.
In summary, your main missions will be:
- In conjunction with the Realization and Operations managers, coordinate the expression of needs and the launch of market consultations for the supply of products (spare parts, transformer substations, electrical equipment, etc.) and services (construction, inspection, maintenance, expert missions, etc.);
- Aggregate purchasing needs across all activity in France and present reasoned projections of needs to support decision-making;
- Issue orders for materials and services to meet the needs of the Execution and Operations activities, in coordination with the Purchasing and Finance departments,
- Supervise relations with logistics service providers, set up quality and performance indicators,
- Establish a rigorous monitoring of stock statuses both at Allego and its service providers, flows and take charge of quarterly inventories
- In conjunction with technical experts and the Operations team, ensure that spare parts references are up to date and that none are obsolete.
- Share the status report on a monthly basis and propose optimization solutions
- Ensuring optimal operation between Allego's central stock and Allego France stock
**Skills and Experience**
- Engineering degree or equivalent bac +5, with specialization in logistics or purchasing.
- Successful experience of at least eight (8) years in comparable positions in industrial companies (manufacturer or operator) with a European dimension.
- Developments in a European environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O is a plus
**Essential qualities**
- Autonomy, and tenacity are necessary to achieve the objectives in a structure with a human and European dimension.
- Curiosity for innovation in the automotive industry. A very good professional practice of oral and written English is required in order to be able to communicate with our central services located in the Netherlands
