You will closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers. Your mission will be to support the Talent Acquisition team by working on several Talent Acquisition projects and coordinating all interview processes, as well as hiring our intern profiles. You will play a key role in the success of the team. **As a Talent Acquisition Intern / Apprentice at Qonto, you will** - **Make the process more efficient** by identifying pain points and thinking about potential improvements - **Support our Talent Acquisition strategy** by helping on several continuous improvement projects (e.g. campus management, perk and salary benchmarks, employer branding, tools improvements, etc) - **Hire the right talent for our internships**:You will identify potential talents through CVs and sourcing, in order to hire our future interns **What you can expect** - You will **work closely with our lovely Talent Acquisition team** in an international environment - You will have the possibility to** learn continuously **as you will work on evolving functions - You will work in a **fast-paced environment** with a strong focus on quality **About You** - **Organisational skills**: You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload with autonomy - **Problem solver**: Nothing can stop you - **Communication skills**: You have an impactful presentation style: you will represent Qonto, and you have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills - **Languages**: You speak both French and English - **Education**: You have or are pursuing a French Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management or in a relevant field, and are looking for your end-of-study internship or for an apprenticeship **Perks** A laptop.
