**Digital Communication Trainee/Intern**

Our **Digital Transformation Organization** is looking for a **Digital Communication Trainee/Intern** to start working directly within our **Digital team** in our **Bercy site** in **Paris**.

The **Digital Transformation Organization** at Forvia is a key player in our ongoing strategic transformation into a “Digital Enterprise” and plays a major role in guaranteeing the service and support that ensures our business succeeds in our fast-moving world. **Digital Transformation Organization** is a fast-growing team in charge of providing advanced data solutions for manufacturing excellence and efficiency as well as for smart product development for the automotive industry.
- Work closely with the Digital Platform teams of Forvia-Faurecia’s business groups to promote communication at a local level and throughout the Group.
- Collaborate in the improvement of Team Cohesion in the workplace.
- Manage the organization of team communication events (team sessions, diversity, teambuilding, others).
- Help in promoting the Digital Platform business teams within and outside the Group by managing at divisional level the production of video clips, presentations, advertisements, promotional material, etc.
- Digital support on specific projects linked to Connected Services, Artificial Intelligence, among others.
- Be in relation with external companies/speakers for webinars and team meetings.

This list of missions is not exhaustive; other projects will be added depending on our divisions' development.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Master’s degree in **Communication**, **Digital Marketing**, **PR** or comparable fields (BAC+4/5)
- Previous experience in communication appreciated.
- Fluency in digital communication tools.
- ** Mandatory fluent English** **(verbal and written).**:

- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- You are autonomous and you like dealing with multiple projects at once.
- Action-based approach with a team player attitude.
- International mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Knowledge/interest in **mobility sector,** **data science, AI **or related** **is** **a plus
