With €185bn assets under management, AXA IM Alts, the alternatives business unit of AXA IM, is a global leader in alternatives investment, operating in real estate, private debt & alternative credit, private equity & infrastructure and hedge funds. Our more than 830 employees operating from 17 offices around the world are serving the needs of more than 500 clients worldwide.

After our successful campaigns in 2021, 2022 and 2023, we are looking for the next intake of talented individuals to join our teams. We are looking to recruit around **25 **new interns** across our**:i. Real Assets division **(in Asset Management, Fund Management, Financial Management Controlling Group (FMCG), Transactions, and Sustainability) as well in our **ii. Alternative Credit and Natural Capital & Impact Investment division **and our** iii. transversal Client Group Alts function** (Client Services and Sales Support)

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**What type of profile we are looking for**:

- Leading business schools, engineering schools or universities.
- Previous experiences in a financial institution or in a real estate company
- Proven financial analytical skills, fluency in English required, French proficiency is a plus
- Strong interest in the Real Estate Finance sector and understanding of AXA IM - Real Assets’ position within it
- Team player, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure, desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, very thorough mind and capacity for synthesizing
- Advanced skills in Excel (modelling). Knowledge of Bloomberg is an advantage
