On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

- Participate in the identification of business needs in order to translate them into IT specifications, by leading specific workshops with the business line and team;
- Feed the backlog of the team (update user stories, identify priorities, report on different projects, coordinate with other IT or business teams);
- Explain users' needs to developers, write specifications and take into account technical constraints;
- Define the test strategy, carry them out and continue their automation;
- Help and train our users as well as IT teams, investigate production problems.
- Communicate progress of team work to various projects and applicants.

The technical stack used is as follows: Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Java.

We work in agile methodology and you are integrated into our business analyst community.

The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration consists of a fixed amount, an annual bonus, a corporate savings scheme including profit-sharing, participation and contributions.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description you are made to work with us
With a higher education in IT, you have at least 4 years of experience as a business analyst or support analyst in the investment banking sector.

You are familiar with:

- Financial products: the characteristics of the main derivatives and the basis for product valuation;
- Data modeling and querying (SQL server)
- Project management with significant experience on testing.
- Agile methodology

You are:

- Methodical, organized and rigorous
- Known for your analytical skills and ability to intervene on complex issues.

You are fluent in English with a minimum B2 level (you can host an English meeting with our colleagues in Porto, New York, London and Hong Kong).
