- Make units safe when necessary
- Ensure the order and cleanliness of the areas and units under his responsibility.
- Production activities:

- Comply with and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental rules and operating procedures. - Carry out wagon maneuvers, emptying, preparation of solutions and equipment, while ensuring compliance with quantities of products entering the processes. - Carry out plant start-ups and shutdowns in accordance with associated procedures. - Ensure the proper operation of installations and machines, and issue work orders if necessary.
- Carry out tours as necessary and report any observations to foremen.
- Analyze data collected in relation to product specifications and adjust process parameters accordingly
- Transmit necessary information to shift foremen (alert quickly in case of drift or incident).

- Activity monitoring / indicators:

- Enter readings and production indicators into IT systems, as required.
- Write shift reports and pass on instructions (written and verbal) or production information to the relief team.
- Continuous improvement:

- Liaise with other departments to carry out operations ancillary to production, such as the provision or commissioning of equipment, various studies / in-house projects, etc.
- Provide technical advice on projects to improve or extend facilities. - Share skills and feedback - Manage the work of temporary staff assigned to his or her area - Actively participate in the training of colleagues and temporary staff on site

Sous le nom ARLANXEO Elastomères France S.A.S l'usine produit aujourd’hui des polymères polybutadiène et co-polymères butadiène-styrène, qui permettent à ses clients de réaliser des pneus à faible résistance au roulement (économie de carburant), tout en assurant une très bonne tenue de route, en particulier sur sol mouillé.
