**Both organisations are looking for a creative communications and marketing manager who will focus on**:

- Creating and implementing the internal and external marketing and communications strategy
- Planning and managing the design production of all marketing and communications materials (flyers, posters, leaflets, social media )
- Developing and implementing effective event marketing strategies and tactics to build employee satisfaction and increase organisations’ visibility (team building, workshops, online courses )
- Leading and creating style guides and brand guidelines for all public relations, marketing and other departments
- Creating and executing community building, and community engagement tactics on social media
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing and communications strategies, gaining insights and assessing against goals
- Building strategic relationships with referring cardiologists and promoting them across channels

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, journalism, or related field
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing communications and marketing plans and campaigns
- Expertise in Digital and Social Media, copywriting, design and PR
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Established contacts with media
- Fluency in French and English
- Direct report: Head of ICPS and CERC CEOs_

**Working With ICPS and CERC**
- We offer a full-time position with a permanent contract held by ICPS. Available as soon as possible
- Positions are based in Massy, a dynamic city close to Paris which is part of the “Grand Paris” project, with numerous transportation options (close to Orly Airport and “Massy TGV” train station).
- Possibility of remote work in the future based on performance.

**About CERC**

We at The European Center for Cardiovascular Research (CERC) are a CRO specialized in the design and management of international clinical trials dedicated to cardiovascular diseases. Led by prominent European cardiologists pioneering clinical research for more than 20 years, the CERC conducts clinical studies specifically designed to address the needs and improve the treatment of patients suffering from cardiovascular disease. We are currently managing thirty studies sponsored by the industry, as well as more than 10 “investigator-initiated trials” set up to find treatments for conditions / comorbidities for which no satisfactory therapeutic strategies have yet been developed.

**Salary**: 55,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year
