**CONTRACT**:
5 months temporary contract starting in August
**MISSION**:
Your main mission is to analyze the performance of our inland assets while guaranteeing the quality and consistency of the financial information produced by the CMA CGM INLAND SERVICES - CCIS subsidiaries (dry dock, transport including barge, road and rail).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As an interface between local entities and Finance Department on all issues associated to Finance, you control the monthly reporting and the annual budget, you are the strategic partner of the CCIS General Management at the Head Office.
Furthermore, you participate in the implementation and review of accounting and financial procedures in order to guarantee the regularity and quality of the information reported by the subsidiaries. You intervene on the follow-up of the internal control, certain items of consolidation, the control of local accounting and the review of the financial statements of the subsidiaries but also of the inland holding company.
At the same time, you train and support the financial correspondents in the inland network, you are also in contact with the CFO of the regional offices as well as the multiple finance departments at the Head Office (accounting, tax, legal, treasury, Group financial control, IT accounting and exploitation systems, central controlling...).
Finally, you are in charge of studying projects, whether they are entity creations or acquisitions (100%, JV or minority shares). This includes business plan support, participation in due diligence with the analysis of financial KPI and returns of the project (IRR, valuation, cash flow projection, breakeven calculation ) but also setting up financing structure and go-live follow up.
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
You have a postgraduage degree (5/6 years) in Finance from a Business or Engineering school (finance degree) or a minimum professional experience of 3 years in finance management. Any experience in audit or transaction services is a plus.
You speak English fluently and have a good command of Office and computing tools.
You will be working in contact with numerous internal as well as external departments, your interpersonal skills will be an asset in performing your mission.
