**About the job**:

- As a Data Center Technician, you'll install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware (e.g., servers and its components) and server software (e.g., Google's Linux cluster). You'll take on the configuration of components such as networks, routers, hubs, bridges, switches, and networking protocols. You'll also participate in or lead small project teams on larger installations and develop project contingency plans. In addition, you will be involved in the manual movement and installation of racks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of data center infrastructure.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalated technical issues regarding affected equipment.
- Help test and troubleshoot server hardware components and designs.
- Configure and troubleshoot OS-related issues on server.
