Team and Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Europe based Quality Assurance team. The position oversees the Automation testing of Market Risk and Regulatory Risk in Calypso Trading Solution. This is a tremendous opportunity to strengthen technical, business & product skills. The position requires someone with a strong motivation and desire to work in a challenging environment. An understanding of the release and software development lifecycle is a must. **Responsibilities**: Work directly with Product Management team to understand business requirements Conduct Test Preparation, Test Co-ordination and creation of mandatory test artifacts at each level in Jira x-ray Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts related to Quality Report defects in a timely fashion and work with the Development team to manage defects until issues are resolved Provide test case coverage to substantiate release decisions Automate test cases using CATT and other automation tools Manage issues track the timeline of deliverables, and proactively keep QA Manager informed of progress. During the development of enhancements, the QA Analyst will work with the Calypso Product team or Engineering team to iteratively test enhancements to ensure they will meet business requirements Skills And Requirements Must have knowledge of software testing methodologies, test management tools Should have good knowledge of relational databases Good to have knowledge of test automation and tools Good to have knowledge of tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc. Good to have knowledge of shell scripting and bash scripting Good to have knowledge of at least one programming language like Java Good to have knowledge of Unix and various commands Good to have knowledge of Calypso interfaces like DTUP, DTCC, Bloomberg, Markitwire, etc. Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively while ensuring processes and procedures are properly followed Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision in a team to test, release rollout and support different Calypso interfaces Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities More About Us **Our Office**: Adenza Paris is located on the ground floor of the Centorial, an emblematic building of Paris, between the Place de l'Opéra Garnier and the Palais de la Bourse.
