**Position Overview**:
As a Haitian Creole Remote Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings, including customer service, medical, and other verticals via audio and video. Language Services Associates is continuously accepting qualified interpreters

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective audio and video remote interpreting
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
- Perform basic troubleshooting for technical issues
- Provide superior customer service
- Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
- Complete assigned training(s) and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- International opportunity
- Full fluency in both English and Haitian Creole
- Preferred - professional interpreting experience
- Preferred - industry specific certifications/trainings (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
- Preferred - proof of 40+ hour medical interpreting training (ex: Bridging The Gap, Cross-Cultural, etc.)
