**Job Description**:
Afin d’accompagner le développement de notre régie, nous recherchons un(e) Creative Producer:

- Participer à la réflexion créative en structurant des documents de veille sur les annonceurs et en proposant des pistes créatives
- Construire les recommandations créatives en utilisant les outils mis à disposition et en agrégeant les différentes parties produites par différents contributeurs pour aboutir à un document convaincant.
- Travailler avec des équipes interdisciplinaires de designers web et vidéo, de développeurs, et de créatifs.
- S’approprier les projets pour pouvoir prendre les bonnes décisions de production afin d’aboutir à la meilleure réalisation possible en fonction des attentes du client.
- Organiser clairement la mise en œuvre des projets en tenant les parties prenantes informées.
- Prendre en charge la relation client relative à un projet, répondre clairement aux questions posées, faire la pédagogie des projets et anticiper auprès des clients tout changement.
- Produire des bilans fouillés, précis et pédagogiques pour faire état des performances des dispositifs produits auprès des clients.
- Faire le maximum pour produire les dispositifs vendus dans le respect de la création originale tout en préservant l’équilibre financier des campagnes.

**Qualifications**:

- Première expérience de minimum 1 ans au seins d'un poste similaire de Creative Producer dans une régie publicitaire ou agence média.
- Capacité de travailler en autonomie et en collaboration
