Role Overview

We are hiring a Credit Analyst to join our Credit Research team in Paris, supporting our Global Fixed Income Broking Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-value, in-depth credit research and analysis. You will work closely with our fixed income brokers and maintain regular communication with our clients, including fixed income portfolio managers, to provide actionable insights.

Role Responsibilities- Issuer Credit Analysis: Specializing in multiple corporate and financial sectors to deliver high-quality credit insights.- Morning Meeting: Prepare and present comprehensive credit market updates and analyses to credit brokers.- Perform in-depth sector reviews and assign sector outlooks- Investment ideas : deliver compelling written and oral presentations of investment opportunities in the credit market to brokers and clients.- Market Monitoring and Credit Events: Track financial markets and credit-related developments; analyze events and present credit arbitrage opportunities.- Organize and lead focused calls and discussions on critical credit research topics- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with credit brokers and clients across countries (Europe/UK/USA)- Marketing & digital campaigns, assist in sale of credit research subscriptions

Experience / Competences

Essential- Education : Master’s degree in Finance or Business.- Experience : has previously worked in Credit Analysis, preferably at a sell-side or buy-side institution or ratings agency.- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and understanding of how to distil down complex information.- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.- Demonstrated experience in providing relevant and informative financial analysis to asset managers-
- Adaptability: Ability to shift fluidly between multiple sectors/ issuers as priorities change.

Desired- Demonstrated interest in system or process improvements and automation (VBA / Python).
