You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders—from executives to developers—to define target outcomes, architect the solution, and guide it into production. The role emphasizes the “Innovate with AI Apps & Agents” solution play, leveraging Unified delivery and Factory engagement models to scale impact and accelerate consumption while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Own delivery to committed production milestones (Job 1) across assigned accounts, ensuring production readiness, reliability, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission‑critical workloads.
Drive next‑best actions and incremental pipeline (Job 2), using Unified Enhanced Solutions where applicable, and contribute to accurate Azure consumption and success plans.
Provide Unified/Factory oversight and escalation, maximizing leverage of programmatic delivery engines and ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Lead customer health and resiliency motions (including security posture), support AI design wins and Copilot onboarding, and ensure clarity of orchestration within the MCEM framework.
Partner with CSAMs, Specialists, Engineering, and Partner teams to align on outcomes, landing plans, risks, and next best actions.
Maintain technical intensity through continuous skilling, certifications, and hands‑on labs aligned to Cloud & AI Apps priorities.
**Qualifications**:
Required:
- Ability to lead delivery to production and drive adoption using repeatable IP and Unified/Factory constructs aligned to business outcomes.
- Strong grasp of secure, resilient, and optimized architecture practices for AI apps (Well‑Architected Framework, AI/infra landing zones).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications: AI‑102, AZ‑204, AZ‑400, plus AZ‑305 for Azure fluency.
Preferred:
- Depth in AKS, Cosmos DB, event‑driven patterns, and GitHub Advanced Security.
- Familiarity with MCEM stages and Unified execution patterns.
- Contribution to communities and reusable IP; demonstrated growth mindset.
- Experience coordinating partners and/or program delivery across multiple customers.
