Within Global Markets Operations/Securities - Global Settlement, you are part of the Primary Market division, in charge of managing Natixis' issues and on behalf of third parties. You join the team of Nathalie, composed of a dozen collaborators.
Your daily duties include:
- Ensuring compliance of legal documentation;
- Enrich, validate and confirm certain transactions in the information systems;
- Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions on the French and international markets (including Euroclear Bank, Clearstream Lux but also the domestic markets in Italy, Spain and the US);
- Escalate information and problems encountered with the relevant departments (trade support, front, legal, accounting, etc.) ;
- Resolve disagreements regarding transactions with counterparties (numerous contacts with counterparties, depositaries, paying agents, etc.);
- Perform the necessary reconciliations for controls of this activity (monitoring of internal and external suspense, as well as positions).

With a higher education, ideally in market finance, you have a successful experience in the operations business.
You are familiar with:
- Securities and processing;
- The usual office tools;
- Ideally, the Summit app.
You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:
- Customer-oriented;
- Motivated by teamwork;
- Rigorous and analytical.
You master English with a B2 level.
