**Position Summary**

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide financial leadership to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of the Business Unit

- Developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting performance analysis, and providing accurate financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration with division controlling and business unit team to drive profitability, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with financial regulations & company policies

**Qualifications**

Who we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, & analysis within a manufacturing context
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices, including French GAAP or IFRS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English to convey financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and big data skills to navigate through our data-driven landscape, interpret financial data and make informed decisions

Ideally, you will also have
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of financial tasks and reporting
- Strong ethical standards & integrity in handling financial information & compliance with regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
