Valeo’s Site located in **Angers (49 **) **, France is a Research & Development Center and a Production Site. It employs over 1,100 people working on the development and manufacture of lighting systems (headlamps, rear lamps, etc).

We are recruiting an **Industrialisation Engineer M/F **to take charge of transfer projects, line changes and the design of new equipment and facilities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- To successfully implement industrial projects involving new products or the adaptation of production resources to life-series products
- Be responsible for implementing production resources (capacity) and industrial automation
- Draw up an estimate based on the customer's specifications
- Build the project with the appropriate suppliers and ensure follow-up
- Work with the site's technical teams (maintenance, HSE, automation, photometric adjustment)
- Check the consistency of technical aspects throughout projects
- Be responsible for the budget, schedule and quality of each project
- Participate in the continuous improvement of existing automation systems
- Ensure compliance with ergonomic, safety and HSE standards

**About you**:
5 years' higher education (Engineer, Master's degree), ideally in Industrial Engineering, you have at least 5 years' professional experience, ideally in Industrial Engineering, and project management skills related to the creation or adaptation of industrial resources.

You have worked in technical and technological environments where you have developed strong organisational skills thanks to the methodologies and processes in place.

You're known for your rigour and pragmatism, and you're keen to pass on your dynamism to your team.

Experience in assembly would be an additional advantage.

Fluent English is preferable but not essential.
