Lot1: Application Manager Support
? To participate, at the request and in support of the GA, in the various bodies/committees related to the Maintenance in Operational Conditions of the Application.
? To lead, independently, at the request of the GA, workshops contributing to the optimization of the MCO of the Application,
? To support & Manage the production monitoring carried out by the TMA
? To manage the Production Release Management process
? To contribute to the completeness of the RUN documentation
? To participate in the weekly MEP
The service therefore consists of producing the deliverables necessary for these different activities. In addition, actions may be requested on related files.
The implementation of these missions, in the ArOM context, requires proven technical skills, allowing the Holder to initiate and maintain a relevant and balanced dialogue with the various stakeholders of the project: Architects, Product Owner, Operators. Piloting skills are also a must for the mission
Finally, knowledge of agile methods and Devops are an essential prerequisite for carrying out the mission.
Context
The service expected within the framework of this CCAP consists of supporting the COMPANY by a significant contribution to the activity of the GA (Application Managers) in maintaining the Operational Conditions of the Application.
