Event Hostess/receptionist

**Missions**:
As an event host/hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and customers. Your main duties include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming customers and visitors in a professional manner
- Assisting in the organization of visits and events (handling reservations and special requests from customers/visitors)
- Prepare and maintain the showroom
- Help set up and coordinate company event
- Ensure that events run smoothly
- Manage physical and telephone reception
- Other administrative and support tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment

**Profile**:
We are looking for a dynamic, personable individual with experience in customer service. Skills and qualities required include:

- Versatility and autonomy
- Significant experience in customer service and event hosting
- Ability to work in an organized manner and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable presentation
- Dynamic and initiative
- Fluent English required
- Driving license required
