The **Rail Services Project Manager** is responsible for managing the activities, people and economic and material resources of the projects assigned efficiently within the Rail Services Business Unit.

**Functions and responsibilities**

The Rail Services Project Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all the activities of the projects under his/her responsibility in France, following the Company strategy and the achievement of the defined objectives, aligning the entire organizational structure, economic and material resources in the most efficient way possible.

Main functions are:

- Preparation, development and monitoring of the different Business Plans of the designated projects in France.
- Direct operations in the medium and long term within the strategy defined by CAF.
- Coordinates and aligns the activities of other departments (Economics, HR, Purchasing...) with rigor oriented towards global objectives.
- Orientation towards the needs of the clients.
- Dialogue with the client and CAF organization itself outside Rail Services.
- Leadership and team management: efficiently controls and directs all project activities.
- Technical monitoring of the behavior of trains and the operation of the different maintenance workshops.
- Reporting to International ROW Area and will maintain contact with the Engineering, Quality and Management of the projects.

**Academic background**:Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering.

**Professional experience**: More than 10 years of professional experience as an engineer. Experience of more than three years as a Project Manager. Demonstrated experience in creating and integrating international and multicultural work teams. Preferable experience in maintenance or technical assistance in the transport/construction sector or machine tools and capital goods.

**Required Languages**:French speaker. English fluent. To positively value other languages.
