Notre client recherche un profil Growth afin de les aider à accélérer.
**Missions**:
- SEO : Élaborer la stratégie des sites du Groupe afin d’assurer un excellent positionnement dans les résultats de recherche à travers différentes missions : maintenir une bonne santé technique des sites, diriger la création de contenu rédactionnelle et veille à un netlinking efficace.
- SEA : gérer les campagnes publicitaires sur divers canaux (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), suivre les mots-clés et les budgets, gérer les créations publicitaires, mener des A/B tests, etc.
- Réseaux sociaux : alimenter les différents réseaux (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) en republiant les différents articles publiés sur les sites web et en créant du contenu vidéo unique.
- Reporting : fournir des rapports hebdomadaires sur les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs), avec des insights actionnables.
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans sur des postes similaires.
- Vous avez un savoir-faire sur tous les canaux d’acquisitions clients habituels : SEO, SEA, mailing,
- Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de campagnes publicitaires digitales et création de contenu.
- Vous détenez une solide compréhension des tunnels de conversion, des optimisations des pages de vente, des A/B tests.
- Vous avez une capacité à analyser des données, à interpréter des KPIs et à prendre des décisions basées sur les données.
