In this serene, bohemian-chic setting, we are seeking a **motivated and passionate Apprentice Head Waiter/Waitress** eager to master the standards of service in a warm and contemporary environment.

**Contract Type**: Apprenticeship - 12 months
**Preferred Start Date**: August 2025

**Your Responsibilities**:
Working alongside our experienced team, you will develop skills in:
Preparing and maintaining the dining area with precision and efficiency

Greeting and serving a diverse, international clientele with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail

Presenting dishes and beverages clearly and confidently

Ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience from start to finish

Enhancing your organizational abilities and sense of initiative

Assisting in the coordination of front-of-house operations with consistency and high standards

Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless and harmonious service

**Profile Sought**:
Currently enrolled in a hospitality or restaurant management program (e.g., BTS or equivalent)

Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a strong eye for detail and a collaborative mindset

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the profession

Prior experience in restaurant service is an advantage, though not mandatory
