- Thanks to our Business growth Cerner Enviza is looking for a new talented Project Manager RWE focusing on secondary data. In this role, you will manage studies with existing data sources globally (claims, EHR/EMR, registries, etc.) ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget and the right allocation of resources. You will also develop proposals and ensure the best client service and satisfaction. The position reports to the Associate Principal in the real-world data and analytics team.**MISSION**
- To manage projects and the study team to ensure client satisfaction;
- Proactively manage the client relationship - kick-off, regular follow up via teleconferences, day-to-day management, results presentations - during the course of the projects or proposals;
- To plan study execution, milestones and timelines, and assembling the multi-disciplinary team adapted to the project under the guidance of a project director);
- To provide scientific or methodological input to build robust study methodologies adapted to client needs and objectives;
- To develop, with the help of junior study team members, study materials such as protocol, reports, manuscripts, posters and abstracts;
- To oversee the data access process and manages submissions when needed. ; To plan and develop the data analysis with the support of the multi-disciplinary team;
- To guide and monitor the research analysts and data analysts within the project and to contribute to their development;
- To present results and recommendations to clients;
- To participate in the generation of new opportunities with new and existing clients in collaboration with our Client Partners/business development teams;
- To develop proposals in collaboration with the e team, including the development of the methodology and budget;

- Hybrid or RemoteThis position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. **QUALIFICATION**
- You are flexible, curious and passionate by science with a strong background in healthcare/ life sciences (pharmacy, medicine, biomedicine, biology, genetics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, health economics, statistics etc.);
- Background in statistics/applied mathematics is preferred;
- You have minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare research, conducting secondary data studies;
- You have a strong knowledge of databases in any of the major markets (EU-5, Japan, US, Israel, etc.);
- Professional fluency in English (C1 minimum)
- You are client oriented, with excellent ability to understand client objectives and needs;
- You have demonstrable client & project management skills;
- Excellent communication skills - able to distill issues, manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor in a timely manner;
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter and fast learner, you react to change productively displaying a solution driven approach;
- You are flexible: if things do not go as planned, you adapt, and carry on;
- You are open to new ideas & innovative ways of working;
- Ability to inspire and motivate people within research teams;
