Le Chef de Projet est chargé de la gestion complète d'un projet d’ingénierie ou d’intégration depuis les premiers contacts avec le client jusqu'à la réception finale de l'installation. Il est l’interlocuteur privilégié du client et du contact commercial du Groupe SIDEL pour l’ensemble des points techniques et d’organisation liés directement au projet.

**Your Mission**:
Prépare la réunion de lancement du projet et collecte l’ensemble des données de base et contraintes du projet
Synthétise les données de base clients
Assiste à la préparation des budgets et les plannings du projet
Participe à la rédaction des cahiers des charges de consultation et de commande pour les différents intervenants
Définit les caractéristiques et limites des prestations de services des différents intervenants
Participe aux interfaces entre les différents intervenants du projet interne et externe au Groupe SIDEL
Assiste à la préparation des études menées par le Bureau d’Etudes
Gère sur le plan technique un projet jusqu'à la réception finale de l'installation
Il sera amené à coordonner sur site la réalisation de l’installation
Réalise le suivi des installations
Organise et anime les réunions de chantiers
Organise les essais et la mise en service
Organise les réceptions de l’installation et la formation du personnel client
Peut être amené à élaborer l’ensemble des reportings
demandés et met à jour le suivi financier de ses projets

**Your Profile**:
Formation et langues
- Formation d’Ingénieur ou niveau équivalent - Spécialiste process alimentaire
- Maitrise de l’Anglais obligatoire, l’allemand serait fortement

Compétences professionnelles et expérience
- Expérience en dimensionnement de siroperie
- Expérience en laiterie
- Compétence en mécanique des fluides, PID, plans isométriques, process alimentaire, notions de CIP
- Notions de physique, informatique, mécanique
- Connaissance en automatisme et régulation
- Connaissance en microbiologie (activités liées à l’alimentaire)
- Connaissances des techniques de gestion de projets et d’audit
- Maîtrise de la gestion de projet
