The mission of the DM Pharma team is to drive digitalization in Pharma manufacturing, putting customer and patients at the center - a mission we lived up to in times of the Covid pandemic when we enabled the pharma industry to develop and manufacture vaccines at record speed

**Your new role - challenging and future-oriented**:
The person has knowledge on Lean and Agile practices and understands the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and aligning large development programs. Knowledge on regulated industries will be appreciated.
**Areas of Responsibilities**:
To design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products with focus on surpassing customers’ expectations by achieving high quality and on time delivery
Participating to the technical brainstorming of the team
Developing the required functionalities with the related unit tests
Support automated test scenarios implementation to test the functionality
Fixing bugs and caring about product quality (following procedures and good practices)
Updating the end-user documentation (in English) related to the delivered functionality
Participating to all Agile events and committing to team objectives
Participating to cross team planning events and developer communities of practice in English
Working closely with all Feature team members, Product Owner, Scrum Master and interact with all the stakeholders
Ability to understand sophisticated products, solutions, and problems.
Creates, documents, and implements software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas.
Drive automation wherever possible

Solid knowledge C#,.Net
LinQ
HTML5, javascript, CSS
Rest API
Unit tests, automated test
Basics on microservices
Basics on cloud technologies
Git
MS Visual Studio
Good communication in English and influencing skills
Team mindset
Ability to collaborate optimally across disciplines, roles, and geographical and time zone boundaries
Experience with Agile development, CICD, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
