**About the role**:
As a Business Systems Analyst Senior Manager, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self
- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

**What you will be doing**:

- Creation and maintenance of standard PaaS documentation
- Creation and maintenance of PaaS model bank
- Functional impact assessment of new product releases/model bank releases on the PaaS solution - in conjunction with Core product BA and Product Owner
- Functional onboarding of all customers
- Elaboration of functional design/flows with the customer
- Customer facing workshops to discuss configuration options and their impacts
- Population of onboarding documentation, including technical end point configuration details etc
- Model bank creation
- Leading the team
- Support customer facing interactions through our various customer facing teams, throughout the project lifecycle
- Professional services
- CSM
- M&S

In addition:

- Work with Product Owner to help define PaaS solution
- Helps shaping the Onboarding strategy
- Defines the procedures for the Onboarding team
- Provides solution consultancy
- Works with the product team on proposed new features
- Monitors progress on each project
- Coordinates update of key PaaS client facing documentation

**What you will need**:

- Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
- A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - Master’s degree is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Conceptual thinking
- Ability work within a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
- Self-motivated, strong initiative, good time management skills, can multitask.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in software development and/or requirements management processes in a product development context is a plus.
- Any proven experience with agile teams and backlog management processes is an asset.
