**R&D Portfolio Associate**

(Lyon, CDI)

Amolyt Pharma, une société de biotechnologie en phase clinique, s'appuie sur l'expertise établie de son équipe pour fournir des traitements révolutionnaires aux patients souffrant de maladies endocriniennes rares.

Son portefeuille de développement comprend l'eneboparatide (AZP-3601), un agoniste du récepteur PTH1 à action prolongée en tant que traitement potentiel de l'hypoparathyroïdie, et l'AZP-3813, un antagoniste du récepteur de l'hormone de croissance peptidique pour le traitement potentiel de l'acromégalie.

Amolyt Pharma vise à élargir et à développer davantage son portefeuille en tirant parti de son réseau mondial dans le domaine de l'endocrinologie et avec le soutien d'un solide groupe d’investisseurs internationaux.

**I - LE POSTE**:
Rattaché au Chief Development Officer, et dans un environnement international, vous êtes en charge du suivi des projets R&D, notamment sur les éléments budgétaires, afin d’être un facilitateur auprès des équipes Finance et R&D.

A ce titre, vous:

- Participez à l’élaboration des budgets R&D et au suivi des cut-off en collaboration avec les équipes R&D et la finance,
- Tenez un rôle clé dans la préparation de la documentation et la transmission des informations,
- Alertez en cas de dérives et proposer des outils ou actions correctives adaptées,
- Êtes garant(e) de la planification des activités R&D confiées,
- Intervenez sur les sujets du CIR et des autres Grants : compilation des données, rédaction, etc,
- Participez à la structuration de l’activité : documentation et amélioration continue de nos outils et nos processus.

**II - LE PROFIL DU CANDIDAT RECHERCHE**:
De formation supérieure scientifique (PhD, ingénieur, Pharmacien ), vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans l'industrie pharmaceutique/biotechnologique qui vous permet d’avoir une bonne connaissance de la structuration des projets R&D afin d’intervenir sur la partie budgétaire.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l’organisation, votre pragmatisme, votre curiosité et vos compétences en conduite de projets.

Vos qualités d’animation, votre sens de la communication et votre proactivité seront vos atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.

Anglais, langue de travail, indispensable
