- En tant que membre de l'équipe Technology, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale de nos clients.

MISSIONS

En tant que **Delivery Manager**, vous aurez les responsabilités de:

- Rôle de team lead: Manager une équipe, se coordonner avec les autres chefs de projet, gérer la planification globale de l’équipe, piloter le suivi de carrière (formation, IDP ).
- Planifier, organiser, contrôler et évaluer les opérations techniques relatives aux missions confiées ;
- Respecter les budgets alloués à chaque mission tout en s’assurant de la satisfaction des clients ;
- Assurer une fonction support aux managers de l’équipe pour l’établissement de propositions techniques et de chiffrage projet ;
- Identifier les domaines problématiques et mettre en œuvre des solutions ;
- Mettre en place et suivre une relation de confiance avec les clients.

**CANDIDAT RECHERCHÉ : VOUS **

Ce poste est basé à Colmar (présence indispensable).
Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience significative en gestion de projet et/ou d'équipes, idéalement dans un environnement web ou digital exigeant ;
- Vous avez impérativement une expérience dans la chefferie de projet de développement web ;
- Bonne maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs CMS
- Vous avez l'esprit d’analyse et la capacité à résoudre les problèmes ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d’équipe et de leadership ;
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités de communication et de diplomatie ;
- Au-delà de vos compétences, nous recherchons une personne structurée, qui sait fédérer les équipes et interagir efficacement avec les clients.
