The Global Manager of Purpose Reporting and Accountability will report to the the Global Chief Purpose Officer to support Sephora’s vision of expanding the way the world sees beauty._ **_ You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_** - Establishing KPIs_ - _ This role is a data-driven pioneer, helping to establish the key metrics and scorecards for our global Purpose practice_ - _ The role will reach across a wide range of topical areas and data sources, such as 3rd party brand inputs for certification in our Clean/Good For programs, energy usage at our locations, community participation in our social impact programs, and dollars distributed through charitable efforts_ - Data Collection and Reporting_ - _ Gathers inputs from across the world on our progress and collaborates on required annual reporting and analysis. Works with regional leaders to complile our achievements and supports communication of global progress reports_ - _ Stays abreast of the latest ESG reporting best practices and requirements. Engages in reporting, audit, and communications tasks repated to Purpose, ensuring that we have reliable data on our key metrics_ - System and Process Development_ - _ Identifies and helps build new processes, systems and tools that can help us retain data systemically and efficiently. _ - _Continuously seeks improved ways to collaborate and build greater visibility into our shared programs. Partners closely with Tech and networks with other teams on best practices that can be leveraged for the Purpose team_ - _ Supports Purpose task forces with ad hoc program tracking_ - _ Supports data sharing and integrations with LVMH reporting tools and requests_ - Financial Support_ - _ Builds the master tracker of Purpose investments and rolling Purpose funding needs (from charitable giving to capital projects)_ - _ Supports the management of the global Purpose budget_ - _ Supports any ESG-related audit inquiries_ **_ - _Drives Results - Skilled at driving momentum and accountability_ - _ Analytical Horsepower - Translates soft concepts into metrics.
