Mozza & Co, a été créée par Arthur et Ugo Gambard, grands amoureux de l’Italie et de ses produits. L'enseigne de restauration rapide développe son concept de Trattoria revisitée, que nous pouvons retrouver aujourd’hui sous de multiples formes : boutiques, kiosques, stands..., dans les quartiers touristiques et stratégiques de la Capitale (Trocadéro, Gare de Lyon, Roissy,...).

Dans le cadre de son développement, Mozza & Co recrute son/sa **Store Manager H/F du point de vente de Paris 7ème.**

**Missions**:

- Être responsable:
De l'exploitation et de la gestion du point de vente.
De la rentabilité et des indicateurs clés de succès du restaurant.

Du fonctionnement global du site sous la direction de l’équipe encadrante.
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires et atteindre les objectifs fixés par l’enseigne.
- Être responsable de la gestion opérationnelle de l'établissement : hygiène, qualité, service et relation clients.
- Etablir une stratégie de développement (plans d'actions/marketing local) et promouvoir la marque.
- Mettre en place des outils d’aide à la vente et faire respecter les process.
- Développer la satisfaction et la fidélisation clients et faire rayonner l’enseigne.
- Insuffler à ton équipe l’ADN de la marque.
- Recruter, former et encadrer ton équipe. Repérer les talents et participer à leurs formations.
- Être le garant du respect des législations en vigueur.


**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience en management et restauration rapide.
- Gestionnaire avisé, rigoureux et méthodique.
- Excellent relationnel et fédérateur.
- Rapidité d’actions et force de propositions.
- Autonomie, souplesse et polyvalence.
- Proactif et dynamique.
- Maîtrise du pack Office
