**YOUR MISSION**

Under the responsibility of the perimeter’s financial controller, you will assist the Financial Department in the development, control, and reporting of financial and operational data.

Here are the main tasks you’ll be involved in:
**Financial Control**:

- Verifye, analyze, and ensure the reliability of financial information for monthly account closures
- Reporting: Actively participate in creating presentations for management
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for the executive committee, with the assistance of the finance team
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc requests from management and operational teams

**Budget & Reforecast**:

- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with operational teams.

**Management of master data**
- Creation and follow up of the master data (project codes; update of the project status )
- Preparation and control of program documents for management committee
- Any other tasks within the mission of the Divisional/Entity Finance team as required

**Business Partner**:

- Collaborate with operational teams as a business partner

This experience will provide you with a precise understanding of the role of a finance department at the headquarters of an internationally renowned group, as well as a solid foundation in financial control.

**Personal Background**
- Student in Business School (ESC) in Accounting / Controlling major.
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong MS- Excel skills
- Power BI - VBA - Power Point - Piton is a plus
- Communication skills, to exchange and work with other function

**Skills & Abilities**
- Self-starter with superior communication skills
- Able to provide advice and support but also to challenge and provide an alert when things are not on track
- Able to build relationships and work both cross-functionally and cross-regionally
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
