Fes Assessor

**Overall responsibilities and duties**:
The FES Assessor assures the effective implementation and efficiency of the Faurecia Excellence System (HSE, Quality, PS, EE, PC&L, Program launch, Leadership) by regular audits/coachings. He/she gives recommendations and guidance to help the deployment of FES principles.

The main missions of the role are:

- Perform FES Audits and coachings according to the planning (audit and report).
- Identify good practices and facilitate exchange across the Group / BGs.
- Support the convergence plan for plants with failed audits.
- Participate to the review of the handbook and audit questionnaires (HSE, Quality, PS, EE, PC&L, Program launch, Leadership) with the Networks.
- Respect the Audit Process and Code of Conduct procedure and identify potential improvements based on the satisfaction surveys.
- On-board and Train new auditors.
- Suggest improvements to the efficiency of the auditor team.
- Lead specific topics/projects based on needs (Digitalization, trainings, coachings, best practices, benchmarking ).

**Qualifications**:
Education: Engineering/related background

5 to 10 years of experience within a plant

Experience:

- Fomer plant management Team position
- Knowledge of production & logistics
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach
- Ability to work autonomously to achieve the set goals
- Travel 3 weeks out of 4, away from home base
- Fluent English is mandatory
