**SUMMARY**
Based in the Qorvo, Sophia Antipolis office (France), part of the Connectivity Systems Business Unit (CSBU), the Product Validation Engineer will contribute to the system validation and debug of UWB, BLE and MATTER solutions dedicated to Qorvo connectivity products. He / she will work in close collaboration with Qorvo product definition and solution architecture teams, as well as with software development and integration teams.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review the Product Validation Strategy
- Define and execute the product validation plan
- Deliver end-to-end Test Plans and Product KPIs working with Product Validation & Certification Strategy and Solution Architects
- Perform integration and testing of systems embedding Qorvo UWB and BLE modem chipsets
- Participate to plug fests and certification campaigns
- Work with partners on joint E2E validation benches
- Analyse the bugs and raise tickets to hardware and software development teams
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in engineering school or Master
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Expertise with Python programming, experience with C/C++ programming
- Technical understanding: embedded systems, real-time OS/firmware, network & RF software layers, embeded security and secure element
- Android experience will be a strong plus (Linux Kernel, HAL, Android flow, Java/Apk)
- Knowledge of radio communication systems and standard bodies (3GPP, Wifi, BLE or other); knowledge of UWB is a plus
- System test and methodology
- Ability to use oscilloscope, logic analyzer and RF tester equipment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Team player
- Likes to work in complex projects involving multiple parties and work packages spread among several teams and stakeholders
- Work across different cultures
- A problem-solving approach and a strong desire to see the customer succeed
- Ability to travel to APAC and USA (up to 20% time)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Very fluent in English, spoken and written
