**Job Description**:
**We are currently looking for an experienced Brand & Motion Designer to join our rapidly growing marketing department. Brand designers at Flink play an essential role in shaping our brand and bringing it to life to excite and inspire our customers.**
- You are responsible for crafting design and layouts for various channel assets: SoMe, Performance marketing, CRM, and print materials - to name a few
- You will work on photography postproduction according to the Flink guidelines: adjusting colours and contrast, creating photorealistic compositions and delivering images within timelines.
- Master motion design to create insight-based ads
- Integrate consumer insights in your work to create business impact and informed creative decisions
- Work closely with the creative team and stakeholders on a variety of projects
- Ensure your designs remain in line with the Flink brand guidelines
- You will be working with a time-tracking system and project management tools

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- +4 years professional experience working in a creative agency or startup as designer
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects) Figma is a big plus
- You develop concepts from briefing to final production, leading projects autonomously or working in a team
- You have a good understanding of color, typography, and visual hierarchies
- You understand different marketing channels and how to create best creatives according to the channel needs
- You have a portfolio that shows a strong ability to translate a brand identity into a diverse array of creative digital marketing materials
- Strong communication skills and the ability to fluently articulate design decisions and are at ease to work with various stakeholders across all channels
- Strong sense of design trends, adaptable, and able to work with fast iterations
- Photo Retouch skills and post production. Experience in photography and working with light is a big plus
- You are fluent in English
