**Position Summary**: As a Freelance Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing efforts in Paris on a project basis and play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the market. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Paris & New York market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, social media, and PR efforts.
- Represent Slate Studios at industry events and build a strong local network.

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in Paris and available to work on a freelance/project basis.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the content production and creative industry.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project dynamics.
