Product Specialist Confocal (d/f/m)

Passionate by microscopy products especially confocal, do you aspire to be our Sales leader to boost and develop our footprint in South of France?
Then come and join our fantastic Sales team in South of France (from Montpellier or Marseille ) with a full remote position

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a Sales Strategy for the France territory in close cooperation with Core Sales Manager and the sales account team in order to ensure achievement of agreed financial targets. Ensure implementation in own region of responsibility by using an agreed European Sales Methodology and tools, such as SFDC/ Shop/Value selling.

Carry out the agreed Sales Plans & activities in the France territory in order to achieve Sales and Profitability targets

Evaluate product sales trends in comparison with competitive products. Direct appropriate actions to increase market shares. Set priorities and push product promotion and special selling efforts to optimize results. Compete for developing new sales opportunities and acquire new customers.

Prepare accurate weekly and monthly pipeline data in SFDC for Sales Forecasts for confocal and widefield product lines.

Close liaison with the European Demo Centre (EDC) to ensure best efficiency and utilization of demonstration resources in the area.

Plan and carry out regular visits in cooperation with local sales account to existing customers to continually monitor requirements and satisfaction levels, business trends and competitor activity.

Validate sales funnel in terms of realistic chance to win contract and prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales

Ensure countermeasures in case sales forecast might not be hit with high priority

Plan and organize workshops at customer site; represent the company at trade meetings to promote products

Cooperate with tender office in the preparation of quotations and technical descriptions for public tenders. Attend Public

YOUR PROFILE

You have a Master/bachelor’s degree Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering

You have strong solution sales negotiation skills

You have excellent communication skills with customers of various levels of technical and clinical knowledge

You are fluent in English.

You are able to work independently and to be part of a team.
