In order to successfully implement our strategy in all countries we are looking for a **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion intern** who will complement our team.

**What you can expect**
- You will gain an exciting insight into the dimensions of Diversity & Inclusion at Mazars and play an active role in establishing and promoting diversity throughout the company.
- You will be involved in the conception, organization and implementation of forward-looking Diversity & Inclusion projects and contribute ideas for the further development of the network, relevant formats and content.
- You will research current diversity trends, set pioneering impulses and create project-specific and sophisticated content (e.g. video) campaigns, presentations, reports) for internal and external corporate communications.
- You will support the planning and implementation of target group-specific measures, events and workshops.
- You will support the impact measurement of Diversity & Inclusion measures.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled student in the field of communication or social sciences, sociology, gender studies, business psychology, diversity management or related fields
- Strong interest in Diversity & Inclusion topics, ideally relevant practical experience, e.g. in the field of diversity & inclusion, HR, project management through internships or working student activities
- Proactive and structured way of working as well as openness, curiosity and joy of working in a team
- A keen sense of social trends with regards to different target groups
- Fluency in English and very good stylistic and writing skills

**Additional Information**
The intern will be based in Paris and will report to the Global Head of People Engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, working closely with our Global Talent team.
