System Administrator

This position will work with key individuals and internal IT staff based in the EMEA region to support existing and new hardware / software systems. This role will primarily support our French office.

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for employees working in the regional offices located in Primarily in France but will when needed support, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, UK & South Africa.

Qualifications:

- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- Certifications in relevant system vendors, including Microsoft, Cisco, Mitel or other similar network certifications
- Experience in deploying and managing server operating systems.
- Experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructures, including switches, firewalls, routers, VLANs, etc.
- General IT technical design expertise, problem solving and debugging skills with strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and technical documentation.
