**Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité**

Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé:

- d'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE,
- de massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.

**Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?**

Reporting to the Global Procurement Manager, you will implement the purchasing strategy in collaboration with the Category Managers and Home Healthcare affiliates, in order to optimize price efficiencies, while respecting the level of service provided to the patient

Reporting to the Global Procurement Manager, you will implement the purchasing strategy in collaboration with the Category Managers and Home Healthcare affiliates, in order to optimize price efficiencies, while respecting the level of service provided to the patient. In this context, your missions are to:

- Contribute to the purchasing strategy to support international affiliates in their development,
- Depending on the level of delegation, define the purchasing strategy for the purchasing category sub-segments and coordinate with subsidiaries and Category Managers.
- Implement purchasing strategy for assigned projects:

- Consolidate and analyze the needs of all geographies, launch calls for tender, conduct purchasing negotiations and contract with suppliers on project activities defined with Category Managers;
- Influence and support subsidiaries in the deployment of projects contributing to global business strategy;
- Manage the risks and opportunities associated with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for the projects in question;
- Identify, propose and lead cost optimization projects in coordination with subsidiaries, using a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) approach.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of management processes and tools.

**Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?**

You have a 5-year degree from an engineering or business school, and initial experience in purchasing management in an international environment.

Skills required:

- Successful experience(s) in purchasing management and negotiation
- Fluent English, 3rd language appreciated
- Good command of IT tools (Google environment, Excel, Power BI)
