Receptionist for Part-time Afternoon Shifts

**Job Details**
Our part-time positions range from 25 hours per week up to 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday non-stop, with a schedule from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
**Responsibilities of the position include**:
Telephone reception,
Visitor reception,
Handling incoming and outgoing mail,
Managing incoming and outgoing parcels, both national and international,
Taxi management,
Welcoming clients with a smile, courtesy, and discretion,
Meeting room management (ensuring tidiness, clearing, and cleaning),
Providing service in meeting rooms,
Checking the operational status of various equipment and reporting any malfunctions,
Managing orders for pastries and other snacks as requested,
Ensuring impeccable, discreet, and professional service in meeting rooms,
Being versatile as needed, at the request of the Site Manager and according to service requirements.
**Contractual Information**:
Start date: Immediate,
Type of contract: Permanent (CDI) or Fixed-term (CDD), part-time morning or part-time afternoon,
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (you will work a maximum of 6 hours per day),
Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from €12 gross to €13.50 gross per hour worked,
Workplace: Paris and nearby suburbs (92).

With an excellent presentation, perfect elocution, and a strong sense of service and hospitality,
Serious, discreet, involved, proactive, and capable of evolving the position,
Dynamic, consistent, and pleasant in all circumstances.
**Essential Skills**:
Perfect command of French (written and spoken),
Conversational/fluent English,french
Good command of the Office Suite.
**Desired Skills**:
Bac +2 qualification,
First professional experience of more than one year in a service-related job.
